FLORENCE
We
visited Florence quite often. Florence is the closest major city and every
Friday we took field trips to Florence. We saw the Uffizi gallery, the
David, the duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, Forte Belvedere, and much more. Florence
is a fun city and fairly easy to navigate. It was a great system to go
on Fridays because then we had the option to leave from Florence for our
independent travel on the weekends.
